The EVISA ANGUILLA Online Application Portal is maintained for your personal use and viewing. If you continue to browse and use the evisa.gov.ai website ("Site" or "Website"), you are agreeing to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions of use. If you disagree with any part of these terms and conditions, you must not use this Site.

Our Services

EVISA ANGUILLA develops and operates this system and the Site as an online portal which provides the services of receiving the applications for an electronic visa required to travel to Anguilla. Processing of applications is done by the Department of Immigration's Visa Processing Unit (the "Service(s)"). The processing of applications includes the verification and consideration of the visa applications and the information and documents provided, as well as the conducting of due diligence and background checks.

These Terms and Conditions may be changed as appropriate at EVISA ANGUILLA's discretion, and EVISA ANGUILLA shall publish the changes on this page. If We do this, We will post the changes on this page and will indicate at the top of this page the date these terms were last revised. You agree to regularly check this page for any updates. Changes shall not apply retroactively, and shall become effective no sooner than 14 days after they are posted. However, changes addressing new functions of the Site or made for legal reasons shall be effective immediately. If you do not agree to the modified Terms and Conditions, you must discontinue your use of the Site.

Payment

When the visa application is submitted and processed, you are required to make the following payments:

  1. the Application Processing Fee is due before final submission of the application.
    The application will not be processed until this fee is paid. Failure to pay this fee will render the application incomplete and is due for deletion after 7 days of inactivity.
  2. the eVisa Fee is due upon final approval only.
    Successful applicants must be pay this fee before the eVisa document can be accessed for downloading or printing. Applications that have been denied will not be charged.

EVISA ANGUILLA accepts the following credit cards in USD transaction only: Visa & MasterCard.

You shall make payments for the visa application via credit card or any other payment methods through the payment gateway provided by the third party chosen and provided by EVISA ANGUILLA. To make any payment by using credit cards and/or debit cards through the designated payment gateway, you must agree to and comply with the separate service terms of the card issuers or of the payment gateway service providers which will be applicable to your payment transaction. Please ensure that you read those service terms carefully before making any payment.

EVISA ANGUILLA will NOT store your credit card details in our database or any where on the Site.

Upon your successful payment, you will receive a confirmation. Payment details will be confirmed via email to the email address entered in the application. Receipt of payment will also be available when checking the status of an application.

If your payment is unsuccessful, you will be advised that your payment has failed and we may advise on why the payment failed, however, you should contact your credit card provider for details.

You agree that all fees paid are non-refundable.

Refunds

All fees charged are for services rendered and as such, you agree that all fees paid are non-refundable.

Discontinuation of the application process

You can stop the application process at any time prior to successful payment of the application processing fee (e.g. before clicking on "finish transaction" when you pay through the designated payment gateway). Incomplete applications, including personal documents and information are deleted after 7 days of inactivity. You can reach out to Us to request deletion of all documents and personal info provided. This does not interfere with your right to erasure under applicable data protection law.

Termination

EVISA ANGUILLA may, on reasonable grounds, terminate your registration or restrict your access to the Site at any time. Such reasonable grounds may include your failure to comply with these Terms and Conditions. Any suspected fraudulent, abusive or illegal activity that may be grounds for termination of your use of Service, may be referred to appropriate law enforcement authorities.

Third Party content and links to other web sites

The Site may include links to third party websites that are controlled and maintained by others. Any link to other websites is not an endorsement of such websites and you acknowledge and agree that EVISA ANGUILLA is not responsible for the content or availability of any such sites. These sites and services may have their own privacy policies. Browsing and interaction on any other website, including websites which have a link to our Site, is subject to that website's own terms and policies.

You may not create a link to any page of this website without our prior written consent. If you do create a link to a page of this website you do so at your own risk and the exclusions and limitations set out above will apply to your use of this website by linking to it.
