The Electronic Visa System performs checks against law enforcement databases.
The application will not be submitted for processing until the payment process is completed.
By pressing the "Submit" button in the application process, applicants agree not to dispute any
processing fee charged by the Government of Anguilla for the use of the Electronic Visa System,
and further acknowledge that there are no refunds.
If your electronic visa application is approved, it establishes that you are eligible to
travel to Anguilla, but it does not guarantee that you are entitled to enter Anguilla.
Upon arrival to Anguilla, you will be inspected by an Immigration Officer, who may determine that
you are inadmissible for any reason under the laws of Anguilla.
All information provided by you, or on your behalf by a designated third party, must be true
and correct. An electronic visa authorization may be revoked at any time and for any reason,
such as new information influencing eligibility. You may be subject to administrative or
criminal penalties if you knowingly and willfully make a materially false, fictitious, or
fraudulent statement or representation in an electronic visa application
submitted by you or on your behalf.
WARNING: If upon application for admission in to Anguilla at a port of entry, you are
admitted under the Visa Program by an Immigration Officer, you may not
engage in any form of business or employment without a requisite permit or pass.
Violation of these terms will subject you to REMOVAL.
