Who should apply?

You should apply for a visa if:
  • You are a citizen or national of a country listed here,
  • You plan to travel to Anguilla for business or pleasure, and
  • You plan to stay for 90 days or less.
You do NOT need to apply for a visa if:
  • You have a valid visa or residence permit to enter the UK, US or Canada. A valid UK, US or Canada visa or residence permit can be used to enter Anguilla.

What do I need to apply?

All required documentation along with English Translation where applicable, must be submitted via email to evisa@gov.ai with the Application Number as the subject.

Passport Photo
A digital photo of your head, shoulders and upper body. See photo guidelines on HM Passport Office website.

Valid Passport
A valid passport with at least 6 months validity and a photo of the bio page.

Valid eMail address
The eVisa team will use this email address to contact you.

Proof of Accomodation
If you will be staying at a friend or a family member, your host must be an Anguillian Status Holder or a legal resident. (If applicable)
Employment Status
  • If you are employed: A letter from your employer.
  • If you are self-employed: Business registration documents.
  • If you are a student: A letter from your education provider.
Applicants under the age of 18
  • Birth Certificate.
  • Adoption Papers or Legal Guardianship document (if applicable).
  • If traveling unaccompanied or with someone other than a parent or legal guardian:
    • A notarized letter from the parent(s) or legal guardian(s) confirming details of anyone accompanying the minor, and
    • A copy of the parent(s) or legal guardian's biographical page of their passport.
